I`m a fan of livelife365 as our friend Pier. Thanks god I found your website also by coinsident when I was lookinf for the bennefits of green tea. I just have a question for you about the Pu-Erh Red Tea. Is this Tea as good as the green Tea? Can I mix them in one? I was under the impresion that this red tea ( Pu-Erh) was the same that Rooibos but apparently is not. can you talk a little about this Pu-Erh red tea?
